- Upload scanned copies of the student’s recent photograph, signature, thumb impression, birth certificate, domicile certificate, and caste certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the examination fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Review the completed form carefully, submit it before 02 December 2026, and print a copy of the confirmation page for your records.
