Welcome to Sarkari Job Forms (sarkarijobforms.com). By accessing or using our website, document locker, image resizer, and study tracking services, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Details of the Platform & Data Roles

Sarkari Job Forms acts as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for any data collected or processed via our tools and membership dashboards. All processing is conducted securely in compliance with the DPDP Act and underlying rules.

2. Eligibility & Verifiable Parental Consent

While our platform is designed to assist candidates preparing for competitive exams, users under 18 years of age (minors) must access our services under the active supervision and verifiable consent of their lawful parent or guardian. By uploading document files, signatures, or photos of a minor, the adult parent/guardian warrants that they possess full legal authority to grant consent on behalf of the minor candidate.

3. Absolute AI Model Training Ban

We value your intellectual property and privacy. Sarkari Job Forms explicitly guarantees that no user-uploaded photographs, signatures, academic certificates, or document files processed via our Image Resizer or saved in the Document Locker shall ever be used to train, fine-tune, or improve any public or proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Large Language Models (LLMs).

4. Transient Data Retention & Mandatory Erasure

All images and signatures uploaded to our Resizer and Image Creator workstations are processed transiently. These assets are permanently erased from our active caching servers within one (1) day of upload, and are not retained indefinitely. Document files saved in the Candidate Locker are stored securely using encryption and are deleted immediately upon user-initiated removal or account cancellation.

5. Use of Content & Conduct

The information provided on this website is for general educational and career guidance purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any obscene, defamatory, profane, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or delete data in breach of this rule.

6. No Tracking or Profiling of Minors

In strict compliance with child protection guidelines, Sarkari Job Forms will never track, profile, behaviorally monitor, or target advertisements at candidates who are known to be minors.

7. Grievance Redressal & Governing Law

Any disputes, questions, or grievances regarding these terms or your personal data rights may be sent directly to our Grievance Officer at grievances@sarkarijobforms.com. Users agree to exhaust our internal grievance redressal mechanism before escalating any dispute to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) or relevant judicial courts. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
