• Uploaded Assets: Photo and signature files processed on the Image Resizer or stored in the Locker.

2. Verifiable Consent & Right to Withdraw

We only process data based on your explicit, affirmative, and unambiguous consent. For minors under the age of 18, verifiable parental consent is mandatory. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time as easily as it was given. Upon consent withdrawal, we will cease data processing and delete your account and associated documents, subject to legal backup compliance.

3. Absolute AI Model Training Protection

Your uploaded career files, board certificates, photographs, and signatures are strictly yours. Sarkari Job Forms explicitly guarantees that no user-uploaded images, text data, or files will ever be used to train, test, or evaluate public or proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) or LLM models.

4. Strict Data Erasure Boundaries

• Resizer Files: Uploaded images are cache-stored and permanently deleted within one (1) day.
• Locker Files: Document files are stored on secure cloud environments and are permanently deleted immediately upon user delete actions or account cancellation.

5. Children's Data Well-being

We never track, behaviorally monitor, profile, or target advertisements at children. No processing of data is conducted in a manner likely to cause any detrimental effect on the well-being of a minor.

6. Cookies & Log Files

Sarkari Job Forms utilizes standard session cookies to keep users logged in and system log files (IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps) for security monitoring. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your personal information.

7. Grievance Redressal & Rights
